You agree to provide accurate participant information, ensure a safe environment for in-person activities, and communicate any physical or accessibility needs in advance. Facilitators rely on this information to adapt programs safely.
TeamSpirit Agency is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from program participation. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program in question. Participants engage in physical activities at their own risk.
